Or at least the possibility of a full range of expression and experiences. Obliquely, and as you'll probably have gathered, this is what my blog is mostly about: That "feminine" experiences and expression are just a subset of human experiences and expression, which anyone of any sex has the right to enjoy (or not). They have nothing intrinsically to do with femaleness, except in the social mind.Jonathanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17147186679298442560noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-665598552477308153.post-11582421133396536022013-12-04T16:26:43.539+00:002013-12-04T16:26:43.539+00:00He believes that clothing has no inherent gender, ...He believes that clothing has no inherent gender, and that it's silly to put such restrictions on fabric. I'm all for opting out of gender, although I'm not sure how this would affect sexuality, which seems so bound up with gender.

So much of society is structured around gender: the idea that we'll progress beyond it through gradual liberalisation seems optimistic to me.

But I applaud everyone who goes freestyle, in clothes and more broadly.

D xxDeborah Katehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17251775114982350453noreply@blogger.com
